Rain, cold, overcast.

 

8.00 Arrive at the CMA for the Jazz history class. The weather seems to have an impeding influence on the mobility of the students.

 

10.10 Arrive at Aedea and wait for Nela.

 

11.00 Guitar lesson with Nela.

 

A few phonecalls while I wait for Maribel to complete her tasks and then leave home.

 

14.00 Arrive home, lunch and e-mail check.

 

Tea and guitar practice.

 

16.00 Arrive at Aedea and sit around talking with Nazario in the time of a no-show student.

 

17.00 Music language lesson.

 

18.00 My class with Nazario had to be dropped so I went for a cup of coffee to Cafe du monde. One of the attendants is interested in taking up lessons. Seems we are picking up.

 

19.00 Guitar lesson.

 

20.30 Back home, a call from Pao. I smile.

 

It's way to cold for this part of the world, light dinner and soon to bed with a cozy blanket to fight off the cold of a room otherwise prepared for heat.
